My path to health
My name is Kurt Steger, and I am the founder of T-H-E GmbH. Even as a young elite athlete and during my studies in sports science, I was frequently confronted with the topic of health. Various experiences in my teenage years already made it clear to me how important it is to take a holistic approach to one's health—body and mind alike. It didn’t take me long to realize that, alongside conventional medical approaches, alternative and natural solutions could also lead to holistic well-being and lasting vitality. This understanding has served me well—especially now at the age of 66. After an injury ended my athletic career, I shifted my focus professionally. With the support of my family and two wonderful daughters, I embarked on a successful and dynamic career in the business sector. Then, in 2012—after 35 years—I decided to pursue an entirely new and sustainable challenge. Founding my company brought me back full circle to the topic of health, a field that had long fascinated me.
My encounter with David Overbeck
In 2016, I met David Overbeck at a trade fair in Germany—and I immediately knew I was dealing with an extraordinary person. His life story is remarkable: from a child with autism and dyslexia to craftsman, then physiotherapist, and ultimately a self-taught researcher in the field of cellular communication. His early explanations of how the body functions and how natural and physiological laws influence our cellular systems and health intrigued me deeply. Yet I was still skeptical—could what he described really work in practice? To find out, I introduced David to a friend who had been living with major limitations. Through testing and training, this friend gained meaningful insights into his body and experienced greater inner balance and well-being. That’s when it became clear to me: I wanted to help spread this method and make it accessible to others.

Our philosophy
At the heart of our philosophy is the commitment to preserve and promote values that create optimal conditions for both people and nature to thrive in a sustainable and dignified way. For humans and animals, this means supporting well-being through optimal cellular function using Cell-Re-Active Training. For nature, it means using resources as responsibly and sparingly as possible. At our headquarters, for example, we already generate more solar energy than we consume and predominantly use recyclable and natural materials. What inspires me most, however, is the extraordinary “raw material” of knowledge. Unlike many other resources, it doesn’t harm the environment—except perhaps the brain cells of our eager students! This spirit is also reflected in how we treat each other—with mutual respect and appreciation across the team—and ultimately benefits our clients. The ongoing development of our knowledge and products only makes sense if it brings people lasting benefit for their health and happiness.
Our values
Our mission is grounded in a strong foundation of values that guides us as a community. At its core is the idea that each individual bears responsibility for their own life and health. We support this path through logic, education, and our method.
As a community of like-minded individuals, we act in the spirit of respectful cooperation, with openness and transparency as key principles. Courage and trust drive us to develop innovative solutions, drawing on both traditional wisdom and new insights.
We respect the laws of nature as well as each person’s free will and strive to create an environment of appreciation in which everyone can grow.
